Press Shift + A → Grease Pencil, and select the option best suited to your needs.

Select the Line Art object in the outliner. The Line Art will only display from the camera perspective.

Go to the modifier tab to adjust the line thickness, as well as the other attributes if needed. I encourage you to explore the other tools available.

In the material properties, you can set a colour.

If you want to add line art to specific edges, select them in edit mode, right click → Mark Freestyle Edge.

Finally, there’s a range of modifiers and effects you can add to your Line Art. I just added a bunch of random ones and played with their settings. Have fun!
